Solar is low-maintenance, not no-maintenance. The Preferred Maintenance Plan is one annual membership that keeps your system verified, tuned, and easy to support — so 25-year equipment actually performs like it for 25 years.
What Your Year Includes
- Annual production audit — we compare your real output against weather-adjusted expectations for your address and flag anything underperforming, down to the individual panel
- Monitoring health check — alert review, gateway connectivity, and firmware confirmation
- Annual inspection — on-site visual and mechanical checkover where our licensed partner network operates (Florida first, expanding with the Preferred Partner network); delivered as a guided remote diagnostic elsewhere
- Priority support line — members skip the queue for technical questions all year
- Warranty claims, handled — if hardware ever fails, we run the manufacturer claim process for you, start to finish
What It Isn’t
This is a maintenance and support membership, not an extended warranty — your REC, Enphase, or Q Cells manufacturer warranties remain your equipment coverage. The plan simply makes sure problems get caught early and claims get filed painlessly. Requires system monitoring (see the Monitoring Kit).
